Focus session “Cooperation or shareholding? How does collaboration with start-ups succeed in manufacturing industry?”

Digital transformation is the focus of the Hightech Summit 2022, which will take place from 7 to 10 November, 2022 in Tübingen, Freiburg, Stuttgart and Freudenstadt. Participants will learn more about how companies in different industries are tackling this topic, what challenges they have encountered and how they have overcome them. Top-class speakers will share their expertise and insights with all interested parties from the high-tech industry over the course of four days.

On 8 November, the event led by bwcon and EIT Manufacturing will focus on how innovation and digitisation projects in the manufacturing industry can be advanced with the help of start-ups. These projects also include cross-company collaborations based on data, which will determine the production of tomorrow. In his 15-minute presentation, Dr. Gerald Ristow (Senior Research Manager at Software AG) will provide insights into the importance of data in the digital transformation and how SMEs as well as start-ups can benefit from the sovereign exchange of data within GDPR-compliant ecosystems such as EuProGigant.
